Customer Refund

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Unicity product, the product can be returned within sixty (60) days for a 100% refund of the product purchase price. For product purchased directly from Unicity, please contact Unicity-Customer Service, to obtain a return authorization number and further instructions to return any unused product in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product. For product purchased directly from a Unicity Independent Distributor, please contact the Distributor who sold you the product to obtain your 100% refund.
